Lala Kent and Randall Emmett‘s relationship is getting an overhaul in quarantine.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star, 30, and “The Irishman” producer, 48, were forced to postpone their April 18 wedding due to the coronavirus, and now Kent joked that they may not make it down the aisle at all.
“Well Randall and I have almost broken up about a dozen times, so, you know you, this is definitely a test for people’s relationships, but it’s so crazy because you know you sit there and you start bickering about little things and you start over-analyzing everything and like we really have just like elevated our relationship in such an amazing way,” she said on Tuesday’s episode of “Better Together with Maria Menounos” after laughing that Emmett can’t even put his own laundry away.
“Like, I know we’re always gonna argue and of course we were never really going to end the relationship, but ya know, you’re stuck with someone, um, but there was, ya know, we’re in such a great place I didn’t even think we could get any better,” she added.
Kent also noted that their plans to expand their family have also been halted by COVID-19. The couple co-parent Emmett’s children with ex-wife Ambyr Childers, London, 9, and Rylee, 5.
“I would like two [kids], Randall wants one, so we’ll have two,” she said. “I had made an appointment with my gynecologist to talk about, you know, starting to get it moving, because I was ready! I was gonna do that on April 9th, and Randall and I had discussed, like, let’s make babies, and then this whole thing happened!”
Looks like the couple will have to wait until the summer to start trying, as their new wedding date is in July.
