Like many other famous faces, footballer Peter Crouch and his wife Abbey Clancy have jetted off to soak up the sun in Dubai.
Abbey, 34, took to Instagram to share snaps of hers and Peter’s lavish trip, which also saw the couple joined by their four children, Sophia, nine, Liberty, five, Johnny, two, and Jack, 18 months.
However the blonde beauty soon deleted the snaps after followers commented with their disappointment over “celebrities jetting off on extravagant holidays.”

Peter, Abbey and their clan are believed to have left before Tier 4 rules were put into place and they’ve therefore not broken any government rules.
Some of her followers kicked up a fuss as she jetted off to Dubai for Christmas with her family.
The model uploaded a snap of her daughter Sophie sipping an orange juice while seated in first class on a plane, followed by a family photo inside the luxury hotel they were staying at, named Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa. Abbey expressed gratitude for their blessings in the caption.

Another saw Peter laughing while on the beach while cradling his son as he enjoyed the Christmas break.
Abbey, who showed off her incredible Christmas decorations recently, also shared a snap of Peter and his boys in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun, as well as a photo of little Jack posing on the beach.
As millions across the UK are plunged into Tier 4, some decided to have a dig at the couple for their decision to not call off their sunshine break to the UAE.

This reaction made up Abbey's mind to haul the photo and others from her feed but the pair have yet to speak about their trip.
One person wrote: “It is so disappointing to see celebrities continue to jet off on their extravagant holidays whilst the rest of us abide by the rules and stay home to protect the NHS and the vulnerable."
Another added: “A lot of 'Normal' people have struggled this Christmas and all I see are ‘celebrities’ loving life and on holiday!"

Abbey is one of many celebrities to have jetted off to warmer climes over the festive period.
However, not all celebrities are on board with the Dubai trips, with X Factor stars Jedward taking aim at those who visited the country despite it still being illegal to be gay there.
“Info for influencers promoting Dubai!” John and Edward wrote on Twitter.
“It has coronavirus but doesn’t have rights for LGBTQ+ so please stop promoting countries where it’s criminal to kiss the one you love!”
Jedward were showered with praise from fans for taking a stand.
