Talk about having to pee like a racehorse!

Rosanna Scotto barely managed to save her stilettos when a horse let loose on “Good Day New York” on Monday.

The Fox 5 host got an unexpected surprise from an equine guest when the animal capped off a live interview outside Scotto’s Manhattan studio by letting loose a torrent of pee on camera.

Scotto was interviewing Manda Kalimian — author of “Born to Rewild: Triumphs of a Now Fearless Woman” — along with her horse, Pila, to honor of National Day of the Horse on Monday. Kalimian was being interviewed about saving wild horses when things got a little wild.

An insider told Page Six, “As if on cue, just as the live shoot came to an end, Pila let go and made quite the ‘splash,’ which made Rosanna jump out of the way just in time.”

The source added that veteran broadcasting pro Scotto was a great sport. She even posted a clip of the wee incident on Instagram.

When we reached out to Scotto for comment, she told us via email: “It was darn funny. It could’ve been a catastrophe.” She added of the scene, “I was closing out the segment when all of a sudden I heard l a bucket of water falling to the ground. It was Pila relieving himself.”

Luckily, “I ran so fast,” she said. “I had beige stilettos on — and fortunately, they were saved by my quick actions. Just a little splash on my leg! Only on ‘Good Day New York’ would this happen.”

We also hear that — moments before the live shoot — Pila sweetly nuzzled with “Good Day New York” guest and musical icon Judy Collins.

Kalimian is the founding president of the Long Island nonprofit wild horse advocacy group, the CANA Foundation.
