Avril Lavigne isn’t saying “see you later boy” to her teenage style.

The “Complicated” songstress was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Wednesday, and couldn’t resist paying homage to her roots with her outfit.

Lavigne, 39, topped her plaid pantsuit with a blue hoodie that read, “Skateboarding is not a crime” — the very same sweatshirt she wore while visiting the Walk of Fame as a tourist when she was 16 years old.

“My first time coming to LA, that’s what I did. I walked down the strip and checked out stars,” she said during her ceremony, per Variety, proudly displaying the throwback snap.

The pop-punk princess wore her orange-hued locks long and loose, rocking smoky silver eye makeup and black nails while posing with collaborator Machine Gun Kelly and fiancé Mod Sun at the event.

In true “Sk8er Boi” style, she even accessorized with her own self-branded skateboard.

Lavigne’s starry moment comes just as she launches a new clothing line. (And no, it’s not Abbey Dawn, although that brand — which “reflects Avril’s rock n’ roll lifestyle” and was founded in 2008 — is surprisingly still available).

The Canadian star collaborated with Killstar on the edgy new line, which offers S&M-style harnesses, skeleton-printed dresses and barbed-wire chokers perfect for the modern-day resurgence of the MySpace scene queen.

There’s even a bubblegum pink skull-shaped suitcase ($149) for travel-loving Lavigne fans — but oddly enough, no hoodies.
