Lorenz Is Making Use Out of Old Tablecloths and Bed Linens

London-based label lorenz has built on its Spring/Summer 2021 collection by unveiling its new “Recraft Studio” upcycling capsule that sees it turn vintage tablecloths, bed linens and crochet doilies into one-of-a-kind shirts.

Focused on being as sustainable as possible, the label — which describes itself as a “global community in celebrating the more obscure things in life” — has crafted an ongoing collection from surplus vintage fabric and a selection of intricate hand-stitched motifs and patterns, resulting in a collection of striking shirts.

Such is the unique way each piece is created, every shirt within the capsule is unique and one-of-a-kind, just one way the brand is achieving newness in their production methods.

The full “Recraft Studio” collection can be seen in the slides above, while the capsule itself is available to purchase here, retailing from £120 (approximately $164 USD).
