For the past 45 years, this event is one of the most prestigious out there. Honoree options are first accepted by the general public, which is later hand-picked by the committee. Past honorees include Elton John, Cher, Dolly Parton, Dick Van Dyke, LL Cool J, Oprah, and Neil Diamond, to name a few. And for such a show-stopping event, stars came in just as show-stopping, sparkling looks!
