A$AP Rocky Drops Smooth New Track "Sandman"

A$AP Rocky has released a new single titled “Sandman,” produced by Kelvin Krash and Clams Casino. The new track appears on the recent streaming release of Rocky’s 2011 mixtape Live.Love.A$AP.

“My mind like George Lucas, I think like Stanley Kubrick/House full of eucalyptus, that boy straight mucus/So, let’s get straight to it, my chain is this humongous/Permanent bling my tooth is, yeah, I’m a strange human,” says Rocky as he steadily glides over the slow beat.

The new track from Rocky is the artist’s first solo single in some time since his album Testing that released in 2018. Since then, Rocky has appeared on several projects from Slowthai, Brockhampton, Maxo Kream and more.

Recently, A$AP Rocky wore an antique quilt to the Met Gala. An Instagram user name Sarah revealed the colorful quilt’s background story. “My great grandmother’s quilt was donated to an antique/thrift store a while back. When I saw the Met Gala photo I realized instantly that it had to be the same quilt. I read the Vogue article about the designer finding the quilt in Southern California and with his office not that far from us in Venice California, I demanded that my mom go look for the photos of it on our old bed.”
