Su Pollard, 70, who achieved a UK Number two hit with her song Starting Together in 1986, has addressed speculation about The Masked Singer. Only five contestants, Duck, Fox, Hedgehog, Octopus and Queen Bee, are left to be unmasked on the ITV show, and viewers are busy guessing who the disguised singers really are.
The former Hi-de-Hi! actress recently spoke out about whether she would be interested in signing up to the series in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk.
When quizzed about if she would take part in The Masked Singer, she divulged: “No, not really.
“I’m not a great lover of the format personally, but then again I know it’s popular and why not?
“People really like that kind of thing don’t they? I’ve only ever seen it for about 10 minutes really so I can’t really make any comments.”

In spite of Su’s admission that she isn’t too keen on tuning into the show herself, she jokingly hinted her comments could be part of a double bluff.
The small-screen star teased: “Well, you see, you never know do you?
“Obviously if I was in it I can’t say anymore!”
However, the You Rang, M’Lord? star then insisted: “No, I’m not, I’m not.”
Girls Aloud and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Nadine Coyle also recently broke her silence on rumours she is behind the Queen Bee costume on the programme.
Viewers and The Masked Singer panelist Jonathan Ross have suggested Nadine could be part of the show’s celebrity line-up.
However, the pop star denied she is one of the vocalists behind the mask during an appearance on ITV’s This Morning last month.
“There is rumour, is it you in The Masked Singer?” This Morning host Ruth Langsford began.
