iHeartMedia and FOX have announced the nominees for this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Harry Styles, Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Roddy Ricch, and The Weeknd are nominated for Male Artist of the Year.
Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Megan Thee Stallion, and Taylor Swift are the Female Artist of the Year nominees.
“Blinding Lights” – The Weeknd, “Circles” – Post Malone, “Don’t Start Now” – Dua Lipa, “ROCKSTAR” – DaBaby featuring Roddy Ricch and “Watermelon Sugar” – Harry Styles were nominated for Song of the Year.
All the above artists have received multiple nominations. Others who were nominated in multiple categories include AC/DC, Bad Bunny, Beyoncé, Blake Shelton, BTS, Cardi B, Chris Brown, Doja Cat, Drake, Future, Gabby Barrett, H.E.R. , J Balvin, Jhené Aiko, Lady Gaga, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Maluma, Maren Morris, Ozuna, Ozzy Osbourne, Pop Smoke, Shawn Mendes, Summer Walker, Twenty one pilots and Young Thug.
Fan voting will determine this year’s winners in the following categories: Best Fan Army, Best Lyrics, Best Cover Song, Best Music Video, the Social Star Award, Favorite Music Video Choreography Award and the first-ever TikTok Bop of the Year Award.
Social voting began on Wednesday and will close on May 19. Fans can vote on Twitter using the appropriate category and nominee hashtags or by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards.
The 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards will be airing live from The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on May 27 from 8 PM ET on FOX. The event will also be broadcast on iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app.
