James Corden was spotted exploring the capital on Monday as he was pictured riding a Lime bike in Marylebone.
However, the Gavin and Stacey star, 45, seemingly broke one of the biggest cycling laws and appeared to ride on the pavement.
Pictures first show the comedian approaching a parked bike on Paddington Street and placing a Selfridges bag in the basket.
James, who was dressed casually in a grey hoodie and dark blue jeans, then hops onto the bike and cycles on the pavement towards the crossing.
At some point during his journey, James stopped to speak with a man while sitting on the bike on the pavement.

The Highway Code states: “You must not cycle on a pavement.”
The punishment is an immediate £30 fixed penalty notice fine, but cyclists on pavements can face fines of up to £500.
Express.co.uk has contacted James Corden’s representatives for comment.
This is not the first time James has found himself in hot water over his cycling since he moved back to the UK earlier this year.
In August, the former Late Late Show presenter was given a telling-off for parking his bike outside a restaurant in Mayfair.

Pictures showed him being confronted by a staff member who appeared to be a doorman as they were seen lifting up the actor’s bike.
The staff member is then said to have given the bike back to James and he parked it in a more suitable place.
Then, in September, James and his pal Harry Styles were accused of running a red light before putting their arms out to signal a right turn.
The famous friends were then spotted parking their bikes in Primrose Hill before enjoying a walk together.
James decided to move back to the UK earlier this year in a bid to spend more time with his family.
He has returned with his wife of 11 years Julia and their three children: Max, 11, Carey, eight, and Charlotte, five.
He explained that his decision was prompted after the family had to cancel their summer holiday due to his work commitments in the US.
He told The Times: “When I told Max, he looked so sad, and I had this sudden revelation of the maths.
“We’ve only got six more summers with the kids before they start wanting to go off with their mates. Six if we’re lucky.
“I knew I just couldn’t do that again. So that’s why I quit.”
