DaBaby Claims Top Spot On Billboard Hot 100 Songwriters Chart

DaBaby has claimed the top spot on Billboard‘s Hot 100 Songwriters Chart with the help of his latest album, Kirk.

Billboard says DaBaby hit No. 1 on Hot 100 Songwriters chart dated October 12 for the first time, helped by 18 songwriting entries on the latest Hot 100 chart.

All 13 tracks from the rapper’s new album, Kirk, have found a place on the Hot 100 list. Kirk also debuted at No. 1 on the all-genre 200 chart with 145,000 equivalent album units.

“Intro,” co-written with De’Juane Dunwood, leads the way at No. 13 on the Hot 100, followed by “Bop” co-written with JetsonMade and Anton Mendo at No. 19.

DaBaby replaced songwriting/producing powerhouse Louis Bell, who topped Hot 100 Songwriters for three weeks. Bell now sits at No. 2 on the ranking.
