Amber Gill has revealed she is planning on getting tested for ADHD – attention deficit hyperactivity disorder – after experiencing waves of anxiety and feeling "weird" at the moment.

The Love Island beauty, 23, was recently left terrified that some men were going to "kidnap" her when they followed her home after a night out.

And now, she has admitted she thinks she is suffering from anxiety after one fan asked her on Instagram: "How are you mentally babes? Looking good as ever too."

"Mentally, I feel kind of weird at the minute," Amber replied. "I don't know what it is. I think maybe a bit of anxiety. But yeah, I go through waves."

While the star hasn't been feeling herself at the moment, Amber is keen to get tested for ADHD after reading up about it.

"I've been seeing all the things about ADHD and I might just get a test just in case because of my personality," she shared.

Further on into her Q&A, the ITV sensation revealed she eats CBD gummies when she feels anxious.

"This is a major do not try this at home but I’ve got these CBD gummies and they’re so good but I accidentally left them out in my garden and it all melted into one," she told her followers.

"So now, whenever I feel anxious I take a bite.

"But I do not recommend doing that.”

Amber continued to write on her story: “I’m very bad at dealing with anxiety.

"I don’t like going to get fresh air or exercise or chat to my friends. I want to sit in bed.

“I like my crystals and everything. But sometimes I ride the wave.”

It comes after Amber revealed a group of men started to follow her home after a night out.

Detailing the “uncomfortable” experience, Amber confessed she confronted the men who were following them.

She shared: "I thought we were getting kidnapped and my guy says, ‘We just wanted to chat.'

"Just leave girls alone. Especially at night. I promise it's not the time or the place to chat or [be] hitting on someone."
